This agreement is a contract between you and the APP manager. It has the legal effect of the contract. Please read it carefully.

I. Contents, entry into force and modification of this Agreement This Agreement includes the body of the Agreement and all rules that have been published or may be published in the future. All rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of this Agreement. If you have any questions about the agreement, you should consult the APP. You can only become an official user of the website after you agree to all the terms of the agreement and complete the registration procedure. As long as you use the service of the APP platform, this Agreement will be bound to you. If you do not agree with the provisions of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop the registration program or stop using the service of the APP Platform. The APP has the right to make and modify this Agreement and/or all kinds of rules from time to time according to needs, and publicize them on the APP platform without separately notifying users. The amended agreement and rules shall take effect as soon as they are published on the Website. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you shall immediately stop using the service of the APP Platform. If you continue to use the service of the APP platform, it means that you accept the revised agreement and rules.

II. Registration Registered users shall be natural persons, legal persons or other organizations with legal capacity for corresponding rights and conduct, and shall be able to bear legal liabilities independently. When you actually use the services of the Platform after completing the registration procedure or in other ways agreed by the APP Platform, you are deemed to have confirmed that you are qualified as a subject and can bear legal liability independently. 2.1 The User shall provide the registration information to the Website in good faith by himself/herself. The User agrees that the registration information provided by the User is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. If there is any change in the registration information of the user, the user shall timely update the registration information. Unless authorized by users or otherwise stipulated by laws, the Website shall not disclose users' private information to the outside world.

III.Account

3.1 After successful registration, you will become a member of the APP platform and hold the account information with the unique number of the APP platform. You can change your password according to the regulations of the website.

3.2 You shall save and use your member name and password carefully and reasonably, and shall be responsible for any actions carried out through your member name and password. The name and password shall not be transferred, donated or inherited in any way (except for the property interests related to the account) unless otherwise stipulated by law or determined by justice and with the consent of the APP.

3.3 The name you set is your real name and shall not infringe upon or be suspected of violating the legitimate rights and interests of others. Otherwise, the APP has the right to terminate the services provided to you and cancel your account. After the account is cancelled, the corresponding member name will be open to any user to register and use.

3.4 The User shall not lend the account registered in the Website to others, otherwise the user shall bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom and bear joint and several liabilities with the actual user.

3.5 If you find any situation that may endanger the security of your account, such as illegal use, you shall immediately notify this AP in an effective manner to suspend relevant services and report to the public security organ. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for the APP to take action on your request, and the APP will not be liable for any consequences (including but not limited to any loss) that have occurred prior to taking action.

IV. Reasonable use of user information

4.1 You agree that the APP platform has the right to send information and other information to registered users in the website through email, SMS or phone call.

4.2 You understand and agree that the APP has the right to provide necessary information such as registration information and transaction records you fill in on the APP platform to the national judicial, administrative and other competent authorities upon their request. If you are suspected of infringing intellectual property rights of others, the APP also has the right to provide necessary identity information to the obligee upon preliminary determination of the existence of the suspected infringement.

4.3 The User agrees that the APP has the right to use the user's registration information, user name, password and other information, log into the user's registered account, and carry out evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization and witness.
